Cheese Making and Appreciation Masterclass

Join Southern Highlands artisan cheese makers Michael and Cressida Cains from award winning Pecora Dairy for a day of fun and relaxed, hands on cheese making. While we wait for our cheese, there will be a masterclass in sensory cheese analysis where you will step through a tasting of the world's best cheeses matched with wines.

You will make and take home Camembert, Persian feta and fresh curd along with recipes to replicate. You will also be given a cheese making kit to get you started! Held in a state of the art hospitality facility with catered morning tea and lunch and led by industry professionals, you will be treated to a truly indulgent fun and informative day.
